Returns
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase, and we are confident you will be. Standard unworn items (excludes personalised items) can be returned or exchanged (with the exemption of earrings) in their original condition with the original packaging, up to 7 days after you've received them. The cost of returning the item is your responsibility and postage cannot be refunded.
Please note: Personalised, bespoke and made-to-order hand/foot/paw print jewellery or earrings are non-refundable unless faulty or a clear and obvious error has been made by Silverhaven Jewellery.
